The Rasch family rent out their private villa Casa Rubo with 3 separate apartments with private pool and 1000 m2 garden for total 20/22 people. In the low and middle season the property can be rented all together or seperate. The property is situated in a quiet area near Fuengirola city. There is only ten minutes (750 m) walking-distance to the beach and Marco`s little local restaurant and store is situated across the road.

2 livingrooms with fire place and Tv/Video, 3 dobbel bedrooms (6 beds), 2 bathrooms with shower and washing machine. Kitchen with dishwashing machine, big patio for dinning 22 people and a winter terrace. Free use of the 900 sqm private garden and swimming-pool.

High season euro 3450 pr. week (18/22 people).
(Period: June, July, August and September).
All school vacations - high season price.
(Final cleaning cost Euro 19 per. person in addition on departure).

A 25% deposit must be paid to secure any dates.
The other (75%) of the payment is required at least 8 weeks before arrival.
Also an additional refundable breakages deposit of 500€ = is required 8 weeks before arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

STANDARD - CONTENT - CONDITION
- All units/villas are fully equipped with all necessary equipment inc. towels and linen (n/a beach towels).
- WiFi ADSL internet line as well as TV / video in all villas.
- Individual caretaker at every property available 24 hours - 7 days a week, when provided.
- Payment conditions are 25% deposit upon booking/reservation.
- Remaining amount (75%) will be charged by invoice 8 weeks before arrival.
- PickUp and delivery service if wanted at Malaga airport (from 2 to 60 people).
- Rental cars are offered in all classes either delivered to each property or at Malaga Airport.
- Travelcots, umbrella strollers and high chair for children are available (must be booked at reservation).
- Reservation / Booking via mail, phone or contact form.
- Invoice, rental agreement and confirmation/guarantee for the rental within 48h is enclosed invoice.
- Payment via our account in Nordea, Norway or PayPal / Visa.
